The History Behind CalPads

CalPads was started in 2007 by the same webmaster who brought you Planet Pads and Equator Pads, Seth Willis Jr.   Seth is an experienced Real Estate Investor and webmaster for many popular sites on the internet. He still considers real estate his primary passion and is the reason he strives to build a network of  real estate related websites, and CaLPads is the latest of these projects.

The primary goal for CalPads is to focus on Real Estate in Califronia. After the success of Planet Pads, Seth noticed that certain regions in the world were becoming more and more popular and course California is almost a country in itself ,it's actually one of the largest economies in the world.

With a good climates, beautiful scenery and an abundance of activities for people of all ages , " living in California " the land of opportunity is still a dream that is becoming a reality for many people from all over the world. And so the creation of CalPads, a site for Buyers and Sellers to meet and explore the many investment opportunities that abound in this wonderous place we know as the "Golden State" .

Seth has many connections with Realtors, Agents and Brokers from all over the world and specifically in California, and will work diligently to make sure that CalPads is full of inventory to choose from, so potential investors and buyers can browse the many listings now and in the future for many years to come.
